What gets deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed from our systems:

• Your user account and login (email, name, profile photo)
• Your training profile, goals, programme assignments and history
• All workout logs, personal records and session completions
• Weight entries and check-in photos
• Journal entries and behaviour preferences
• Community posts, comments and chat messages you have authored
• Elite coaching applications and coach messages
• Your subscription records (Stripe customer link, Apple identity link)

What is kept

A limited amount of data may be retained after deletion, only where required:

• Billing and payment records held by our payment providers (Stripe and Apple) — retained for legal, tax and fraud-prevention purposes as required by law (typically up to 7 years).
• Anonymous, aggregated analytics that can no longer be linked back to you.
• Backup snapshots, which are cycled out within 30 days of deletion.

Deletion takes effect immediately and cannot be undone. Active subscriptions should be cancelled before deletion — Stripe subscriptions via the Settings screen, and Apple subscriptions via Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your device.
